Please contact us if you are shipping from outside of Romania.
To avoid delays in customs, please follow these recommendations when shipping samples to the Rosia Montana Laboratory.

Complete the Proforma Invoice in full and make sure your Company letterhead is at the top of the page. (Please request a proforma template prior to sending samples to us.)
It is important to mention the origin of the samples, what is your requirement regarding the pulp and rejects policy and distribution list for analytical data. Shipments should be pre paid by your company. Please indicate any unusual samples, such as high sulfides, massive sulfides, carbonates etc.
Include a completed sample submittal form with the samples, and also email this form to the lab at Incoming.ALSRM@alsglobal.com. Please include the shipment date, courier and waybill number so that we can track your shipment.

We recommend using DHL or TNT to courier samples to our laboratory.
For larger shipments by truck please notify the lab.

Located in the mountainous Transylvania Region of central northwest Romania, the Rosia Montana laboratory offers Sample Preparation using 5 ovens, 2 jaw crushers, 3 x LM5 and 4 x LM2 pulverizers, low level dedicated soil sample preparation facility, fire assay capacity and base metal analysis using an aqua regia digest-AAS finish.
